Acceptance of terms

By installing or using the Clautics Chrome extension ("the extension", "the software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and do not use it.

What Clautics is

Clautics is a browser extension that reads publicly accessible usage data from Claude.ai's internal API and displays it in a dashboard format. It is a third-party utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Anthropic PBC in any way.

Permitted use

You may use Clautics for personal, non-commercial use to monitor your own Claude.ai usage. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension beyond what is permitted by applicable law
• Use the extension to scrape, aggregate, or commercially exploit data from Claude.ai
• Redistribute or resell the extension or any part of it
• Use the extension in a way that violates Anthropic's Terms of Service or applicable laws

Pro license terms

Purchasing a Pro license grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Pro features on a single Chrome browser profile. You may not share, sell, or transfer your license key to others.

Clautics offers a 14-day refund policy for Pro purchases. To request a refund, email clauticsinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

Pro features are delivered as part of the extension already installed on your device. A license key unlocks features that are already present. No separate download is required.

Disclaimer of warranties

Clautics is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The usage data displayed will be perfectly accurate at all times
• The extension will continue to function if Anthropic changes Claude.ai's internal APIs

Because Clautics reads Claude's internal API responses, changes to Claude.ai may temporarily affect functionality. We will update the extension promptly when this occurs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clautics and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the extension — including any decisions made based on data it displays.

Our total liability for any claims related to the extension shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro license, if anything.

Third-party services

Clautics interacts with Claude.ai (operated by Anthropic) and Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, note them in the extension's Chrome Web Store release notes. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
